Vimeo is about to raise prices. This is the escape tool. Bulk download or export your entire library, folders, and metadata to Livid or Google Drive for free. Breaking up with Vimeo is hard; L.O.V.E. makes it easy.
Vimeo was acquired by Bending Spoons who have a nasty habit of extreme price rises (100%+). Vimeo also lacks a way to export your entire library. Coincidence? I don't think so.

😤 Why we built this: Our team is made up of former StreamYard employees who were on the receiving end of a "spooning" (Bending Spoons Acquisition) in 2024. We hate seeing customers price-gouged to pay for an acquisition, and we especially hate it when those users are trapped by a lack of a simple "Download all" button.
So this time, we're doing something about it BEFORE the price rise hits.

does what it says (grab ur vimeo vids n gtfo) ... which is hard to find these days. vimeo has been possessed by the mindflayer known as bending spoons. they are a parasite on ppl's wallets. they will do w/e it takes to suck you dry -- not only r they making it hard to leave, they're about to raise prices. like they have with countless other victims prior.
so if u need to gtfo (or just want to rage against enshittification), love is the way forward. <3

Nice! Been using Vimeo for a long time for our company video hosting and aside from being a horrible experience, its too much of a hassle to switch. This is a game changer, going to try it now 🙌
@alsal Let us know how you get on. We had someone successfully download 1200 videos the other day! Without the tool they felt trapped.
I used Livid and really enjoyed it, made it easy. I have been looking for vimeo and YT alternatives and this one is perfect and affordable! Now to get all of my videos off vimeo, so glad there is a bulk exporter!
