Love doing pilates with Alexandra. She is taking the time to correct me, help me understand the breathing and makes sure she address any difficulties I might have during pregnancy and postpartum. Her service is very complete and she is very enjoyable. As a doula, she is teacher I refer my clients to.

Lovjoy Pilates sounds perfect for anyone tight on time. I tried it when I was juggling work and family, and those quick 20-minute sessions actually helped me feel way more energized. Alex has provided high quality pilates video both technical and content wise. I loved in the individual live classes as Alex is attentive to detail and is very helpful. She doesn’t consider this work but rather a passion is breathes. Good luck Alex.

Alexandra from LOVJOY is my go-to Pilates instructor because she’s an expert with infectious enthusiasm. I absolutely love her Pilates classes, both the private and group sessions. She immediately makes you feel comfortable and creates a safe, judgment-free space where you learn to get back in touch with your body and to get strong. Alexandra is so professional and attentive to your specific needs. She tunes in to how you and your body are feeling and will adapt exercises if you’ve got an injury or if it’s your time of the month. At the same time, she’ll push me to do challenging exercises when she knows I can go harder. Alexandra is the number one cheerleader for all her clients. Her encouragement always puts a smile on my face. I leave our sessions feeling lighter and more energized, helping with my productivity and work-life balance.
