@mark_dylan thanks for sharing that - we hear this a lot from founders, some of them treat cap table as an after thought and either get into a fire drill when they need something or later realized by not managing it proactively they've missed on some things they can never fix again (like surprising dilution from raising on multiple convertible instruments on diff terms)

As co-founder & CEO of a company that had 50+ investors over 3 priced rounds and nearly 100 employee stock option-holders, I have found Captable.io to be a valuable tool. We used it to manage our cap table, determine the appropriate exercise price for options, and scenario modelling ahead of our acquisition last year. The LTSE team's agility and eagerness to solicit and act on customer feedback was also impressive. They proactively interviewed customers to solicit feedback on their service. It was cool to see the feedback we, and their other users, provided get incorporated into their service over a series of updates.
