I've been a member of Meander for a few months now, serving as both a mentor and a mentee, and I absolutely love it! As a mentee, I've connected with amazing individuals who have helped me find my path and shared their valuable experiences. Meander brings these incredible mentors together on one platform, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, I've started my own mentoring journey and have already had several paid sessions. It's been an unexpectedly fast and rewarding way to monetize my expertise. I'm truly grateful to the Meander team for this fantastic product and their support!

Your team's clear commitment to help mentees through each question, hesitation, curiosity, and challenge in their career has been incredible to see. Mentees pick my brain across my Google, Product Management, founder, fundraising, etc, etc experience all in ONE session or use our chats as a weekly refocusing for their goals, and the platform's powerful matchmaking makes that match so strong and efficient. Hey PH gang! I'm a big believer in people and sharing expertise among them. For me, it was always a simple and reliable way to make the world around better. And to help others, in the end of the day :) That's why I've been teaching and mentoring for more than 10 years. Going from a school math teacher (ah these good old days when my main concern was to help kids fulfil their dreams) to product mentor, helping young enthusiasts build their career in the industry. Guiding, sharing experience and making their professional path more exciting and less painful. And that's one of the reasons I'm so excited about Meander! I've been following the product from the early stages, and boy oh boy we need a good mentoring platform nowadays. A great list of mentors, insightful content and solutions connected right to the users' problem. Unlike some 'we imagined a problem and designed a solution for it' startups, that one is built with people and their pain points in mind. And that is something we all need in the world of razzle dazzle 'hollow' products, don't you think? Big kudos to Anna and her team for that! Oh, it's wonderful to come across your launch here! I actually had an experience where I wanted to book a session with a mentor on your platform but couldn't find any pricing information. Upon revisiting the platform now, I noticed that some mentors offer their services for free. I'm curious about their motivation and if there's a difference between paid and free services🧐 Additionally, I'm interested to know if the platform has any obligations when it comes to paid mentorship. @anna_buldakova1 @dashamrt really great to hear your personal experiences, and as somebody who worked their way through the ranks and around a few different roles before leadership, my own experience is very similar. So many people have trouble finding a mentor willing and able to provide the time, particularly when they're early, so I hope this skyrockets. I've made sure to sign up as a mentor and I hope I can be helpful. Easy sign up process by the way. I appreciated having the examples in the fields so ❤️ to your UX/Design skills for those!

Careers used to be linear like a lane in a swimming pool where all you needed to do is swim forward. Now it's a lot more like being dropped in the middle of the ocean, at the center of an endless sea of options, and you don't know where to go. 😵‍💫 I have coached more than 1000+ people that experienced the lack of clarity that comes with today's non-linear careers.
