Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm a psychiatric nurse, and I kept seeing the same problem with my patients - they couldn't remember how medication changes affected them between appointments. "I think I felt worse after the dose increase... maybe two weeks ago?" I knew exactly what I wished they could bring me, so my husband and I built it. I designed the workflow, he wrote the code. The idea is simple: spend under a minute each day logging your mood, side effects, and blood levels. The app connects the dots over time and generates a report to bring to your next appointment. A few things we care about: - Privacy — everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no analytics. - Simplicity — symptoms carry forward between check-ins so you only update what changed. - Built for real clinical use — not just a mood journal, but a tool that tracks dose changes, blood levels, and side effect severity together. Congratulations on the launch! I absolutely love your backstory to this app, the fact you’re a healthcare professional and it was built with the support of your husband is brilliant. I actually have ADHD, and could have done with an app like this when I was going through titration of my medication and having regular reviews. Can I ask, what level of detail are users able to input? And, do you see any updates for the app in the future?

@leah_dyke Thank you so much! Users are able to input their daily mood, side effects, dosage changes, blood level inputs, PRM medicines as well as notes. These then accumulate to create insights which give visual correlations to previous entries :).

Since our app is completely offline (no cloud or accounts), we plan to create an import/export function soon so that data can be transferred between devices.
