Such a fun and creative idea! Would love to have it on my phone ⚡️
Meme Dealer
@anastasi_avramenko Would love to get it on your phone too - that’s exactly what we’re building for!
Congrats on the launch! It's a really fresh and creative idea. I completely agree with the other commenters that people should be able to upload their own memes - since memes are by their nature an ever evolving art form, keeping up to date with the latest trends is essential for a product like this.
I wonder if it's possible to even have the possibility to construct new memes on the fly, instead of drawing from a pool of pre uploaded memes. That would be next level!
Meme Dealer
@michael_nash2 thank you for the thoughtful comment 🙏
Custom uploads are high on our roadmap.
If we add “create meme on the fly,” what should come first: text-on-template, AI captioning, or full meme generator?
I’m not a marketer or anything, I just like sending memes to my friends all day. And honestly, finding the right meme at the right moment takes way more scrolling than it should.
Meme Dealer feels like it could make that a lot easier. If it helps surface good, timely memes without digging through five different apps, that’s already a win. Curious to try it out in real-life group chat situations.
Meme Dealer
@esra_can1 love this take 🙌 exactly the pain we’re solving - less scrolling, better timing.
Which app do you usually meme from the most right now, and what slows you down there?
I’m curious about how you manage edge cases or incomplete ideas. Having a UX expert refine loose concepts could be really beneficial
Meme Dealer
@max_dalton21 super valuable point, thank you 🙏
We’re handling edge cases through fast feedback loops + ranking adjustments from real chat behavior.
Which edge case would you test first: wrong tone, outdated meme, or irrelevant suggestion?
Keyboard-native memes is actually smart switching app like the joke timing 😄 Would be cool if it learns each group’s inside jokes instead of generic reactions.
Meme Dealer
@kistine__sheffield Totally agree - joke timing is everything 😄 and “keyboard-native” felt like the only way to get that right. Learning group-specific inside jokes is the dream state for this product.
Curious. would you expect that learning to happen automatically over time, or would you want some light way to “teach” the app your group’s humor?
