What's great

As a college student who is giving a lot of interviews and mock interviews, Memo has been really useful for me to track how my interviews went and what I need to improve.

Usually after interviews, I would forget what questions were asked, what I answered well, and where I messed up. Memo automatically creates a summary, key questions discussed, and action items, so I can actually review my performance properly.

The best part is that it doesn’t just give a transcript, it structures the conversation into summaries, decisions, and follow-ups, which makes it much easier to review later.

For students preparing for placements or internships, this is actually very useful because you can track multiple interviews and see patterns in feedback and performance.

What needs improvement

One thing that could be improved is more templates specifically for students, like interview performance tracking, common HR questions, and feedback tracking.

It would also be great to have a simple interview scorecard view where I can rate my performance after each interview and track improvement over time.

I had tried using normal note-taking apps and recording interviews, but the problem was that I never went back to read long transcripts or notes.
