It's well known that Menu, please! It was born out of the pain we felt while traveling in Asia, where we couldn't easily enter restaurants, food stalls, or bars without fearing we wouldn't be able to order confidently.
But did you know that the project was born as a final coding BootCamp project for an Ironhack Web Development course? And did you know it won the best web project award in a pitch competition? Here's the video!
Menu, please! Pitch Competition Video!
Have fun watching and thank you for all the support! Being able to work towards solving this problem and enabling those who love food to explore senses not ratings-first, is what keeps us working towards our goal and engaging with you every single day.

A very interesting application! And also very practical point but sometimes be ignored. @Menu, please!
What a great idea! There is a lot of cultural information in the recipe, which cannot be conveyed simply by translation
I love the concept! Can't wait to try it out next time I'm in Asia 🥟
Menu, please!
@dmarcinkowski_ Thank you! ❤️ Let me know how it goes and make sure to share it with those already there - it would be a pity if all the food they get to experience is from picture menus. 🥲
Excellent and practical idea! up for it.
Menu, please!
@partick_support The best ideas come when you try to solve a problem you have yourself! I have been learning Chinese for more than 3 years and still struggle to order food. Finally, I decided to learn coding and solve the problem once and for all. Your comment shows me that I'm on the right track.
Make sure to try Menu, please! and let me know what you think!
i think it will helpful for me. It's so cute
Menu, please!
@anh_kim14 The sushi and dumpling are super cute! 😻 Sometimes I think I should make a whole line of characters - just like LINE! 😂
Nice one, I like the option of voice based ordering..
Menu, please!
@santynaren Thank you! ❤️🍣 This should make ordering a lot easier - try it out and let me know how it worked!
Definitely a gamechanger helping people learn about and order food in foreign countries.
