Astra made it practical for us to build an entire browser-based modeling, rigging and animation studio. We then exposed its editing tools through WebMCP, so Astra can create and refine game assets inside the tool it helped build. That enables a workflow from a natural-language brief to editable geometry and animation, with creators able to inspect, adjust and export the result.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Hammy, the maker of MeshEdit. MeshEdit is a free browser studio for indie game makers and 3D creators. You can shape polygon assets, build a rig, animate a character and export an optimized GLB for your game. I'm sharing it for the GPT-6 Astra Challenge. I used GPT-6 Astra to vibe-code the tool itself. Now Astra can also use MeshEdit through native WebMCP to create and refine game assets inside the editor it helped build. That workflow keeps the results editable: human and agent controls work on the same document and share undo history. You can inspect the geometry, adjust materials, change a pose or keep modeling by hand. A few things to try: • Shape a low-poly character with vertex, edge and face editing. • Rig it and refine its motion with editable keyframes. • Bring in supported .blend, GLB or OBJ meshes. • Export GLB, including meshopt compression, or an MP4 preview. MeshEdit is free. Agent-assisted creation requires a compatible agent and WebMCP-capable browser; that service may have its own pricing.
