Ever wanted to shut down a computer, close a browser, cut the power, or lose the Internet connection without consequences during file upload? Meteor Files is built to sustain interruptions without losing upload progress. You can resume where you left off later
Your dedication to creating a reliable and resilient file upload and sharing service is truly commendable.
My question is: How does Meteor Files ensure the seamless continuation of uploads across different devices and network interruptions, and what technologies enable this capability?
@yasec_kowalski Thank you for the feedback and your question. I tried to showcase technology, used stack, and tools we used for building the project, as much as was possible without leaking trade secret of our unique approach to uploading files, in this article at IH — https://www.indiehackers.com/pos...

Simplicity is the trademark of genius; I cannot count the number of times I have needed to upload massive firmware packages in the afternoon or later in my workday only to experience the frustration of being forced to stop and completely start over again in the morning - but not anymore! Bravo!
The new Meteor Files feature is a game-changer - it allows for the resumption of uploads without losing progress. You can seamlessly continue uploading later, even from a different device! It's an excellent addition, and I'm thrilled to be using this product.
