I built Migraine Tap because I was tired of not knowing why I get migraines. Every neurologist says the same thing: "Track your triggers." But nobody tells you HOW. You can't stare at a food diary and a weather app and somehow see that Tuesday's migraine was caused by Sunday's pressure drop combined with Monday's bad sleep. That's what the correlation engine does. It looks at a 6-48 hour window before each attack and finds patterns you'd never see on your own. After 3 months of using it myself, I found out: - Barometric pressure drops were my #1 trigger (73% correlation) - Chocolate was completely innocent — I avoided it for years for nothing - Sleep under 6 hours + skipping breakfast = almost guaranteed attack - Coffee wasn't a trigger at all The biggest insight: triggers stack. One thing alone rarely causes an attack. It's the combination that gets you. Everything runs on-device. No account, no cloud. Your migraine data stays on your phone.
