The idea of having separate agents for different parts of the store is quite interesting. This approach seems more logical to me than trying to handle everything with a simple AI.

We put a lot of thought into this approach and realized that having specialized AI agents focused on specific parts of the business made the most sense. It feels more like having a dedicated team helping you run your store rather than one AI trying to do everything. So far, our users are really loving the approach too!

Agents operate within the same business context. I view this positively. When departments such as marketing, inventory, and customer support share a unified understanding of a specific product, it becomes possible to avoid unnecessary communication and save time.

Each agent specializes in a different part of the business but they all understand the same store, products and goals. The idea of managing an online store through an AI team is really interesting and the thing I loved the most is there are separate AI agents to do each task. I genuinely loved this product.

Curious how far the autonomy goes today can Milo/Logan actually execute end to end, or are they still mostly suggesting and waiting for approval?

@bencohen Thanks for the question! For now, we intentionally ask for approval so the business owner feels comfortable with what the agents are doing. In the next few months, you’ll be able to turn on a “full self-driving” mode and let them execute autonomously within your guardrails. I drive a Tesla and love this feature, so that’s very much how I think about it :)
