Booking through iMessage is a nice idea, no new app to install and it feels like texting a travel agent. How does it handle changes after booking, like moving a flight or cancelling? That's usually where travel tools get painful.
I like the idea of booking a trip through iMessage instead of jumping between a bunch of travel sites. It feels much simpler for quick plans.
