I'm Bhargava, co-founder of Mobius.
Honestly, we weren’t supposed to launch today. We had a date in mind a few weeks out. We were still polishing things and still debating whether we were “ready.”
Then we saw YC was hosting a special launch day and my co-founder and I decided to just go for it.
So here we are.
Mobius lets you turn a trading idea into a live automated strategy just by describing it in plain English.
No coding and no quant background needed.
You describe your strategy, Mobius builds the bot, backtests it on real historical data, and executes trades live.
We built this because we kept feeling the same frustration. The gap between “I have a market idea” and “that idea is actually running” is way too wide.
We wanted to close it.
We know there is still a lot left to build, and that is actually part of why launching now felt right. We would rather figure out what to build next with real feedback from real users instead of guessing on our own.

A little backstory on how this started.
We’ve always been fascinated by markets, but every time we tried turning an idea into an actual strategy, we ran into the same wall. You either had to learn a bunch of quant tooling, write a ton of code, or manually test ideas in spreadsheets for hours.
At some point it felt kind of backwards. The hardest part of trading shouldn’t be running the idea. It should be having the idea in the first place.
That frustration is what eventually turned into Mobius.
We started asking a simple question: What if you could just describe a strategy and immediately see it run?
No infrastructure, no coding, no complicated setup.
We’re still super early and honestly this launch is more about learning than anything else. We want to see what kinds of ideas people experiment with once the barrier to testing them is basically gone.
