We all know what we should do. We just don’t do it. Mom Clock is a strict reminder and app blocker for people who keep negotiating with themselves. No snooze. No “just five more minutes.” No pretending. When it’s time, distractions are blocked and action is forced — like a mom standing behind you, watching. Built for procrastinators who are tired of disappointing themselves.

@vouchy Absolutely that is real and your comment is so touching - that is why we build this little tiny tool which nonetheless could help you go towards your road. Hope it could be useful to all our friends!

@vouchy Haha, you’re hitting the nail on the head!
I had a moment like that after a whole week of ignoring reminders to “start working on my goals.” By the end of the week, I realized I’d been convincing myself it was “fine” every single day. That’s when I knew Mom Clock was more than just a reminder app — it was my wake-up call! 😅
I noticed a very similar product on Rednote (a popular Chinese social platform). Curious to understand the relationship here — are these products related, or did one come before the other?

The hardest part here isn’t blocking apps, it’s breaking self-negotiation.
What behavior pattern did you see most often that convinced you a “no-snooze” approach was necessary?
As someone who's tried every focus app, the "no snooze, no pretend" rule is what most lack. My only worry is context: blocking everything during a creative flow might backfire. Are there preset "deep work" schedules, or is it purely manual timer-based?
