I took the Complete Music Production course, and it was amazing to me how much knowledge and learning can be compressed into 30 days. The three tracks I wrote and produced as a result of following Andrew (the instructor) make three tracks of his own are the best pieces of music I have ever created, hands down. Fantastic peer interaction, approachable and easy to understand instructor, 10/10 experience.

The music production class with Andrew Huang was amazing. The platform handled all technical difficulties very quickly, and Andrew did a great job teaching all students his process from start to finish. I definitely underestimated the length of the classes, however. Some of the videos go up to 2 hours or even more. Juggling that with college was not very easy. I still managed to get by all the assignments but it was quite rough. Overall, the class is amazing, if you have lots of extra time to work with. You're going to need the time to make a very good track.

I took Andrew Huang's class on Monthly and couldn't recommend it more. It was extremely well put together both on Andrew's side and on Monthly's side. If you're interested in music at all and want to try something new or expand upon your already developed music production skills, then this class will definitely be enjoyable and rewarding. From the discussions I had with the other students during the class, I know that even if you are working and/or studying full time, the structuring of this class is such that you can go at your own pace and still get everything done. That being said, there are deadlines and markers to help keep you on track, but within those goalposts there's a lot of flexibility in when you work on and complete assignments. Also, as a seasoned Teaching Assistant because of grad school, I really like how the class is structured. As I mentioned, you have deadlines and markers which are great for keeping you accountable. But there's no grade or punishment for falling behind (I did and from what I remember a lot of the other students were late occasionally on uploading assignments). And the community was very supportive by being encouraging of your progress but still constructively critical, as that's what's necessary to grow. So in short, if you like music and are interested expanding your music making skills, please take this class. I really think you'll enjoy it and come out of it for the better. I can't wait to see how Monthly grows and what new courses it will offer. I'm planning on taking a few more via Monthly in the near future. Cheers

Highly recommended for anyone who is curious about learning music production. If you follow what Andrew shows in every video, you definitely will improve in your skills on creating music. He explains several concepts and gives tips in a way that you can use them really fast, so your songs will have very interesting things at the end of each part of the course. It's not easy, but it's not impossible if you commit yourself on doing the tasks assigned to you. For example, I never had written lyrics for a song before, and now I have a song with lyrics mixing english and spanish. A great part too is having peers, so you can receive and give feedback on the songs being created at the moment. If you are a beginner like me, it's going to feel a bit tight, so sometimes you will have to rush to achieve some tasks. Definitely the course has a very good value if you want to learn about the whole music creation process.

I completed The Complete Music Production course with Andrew Huang on Monthly that ran in October 2019. It helped me work towards my goals which included being both a better and more efficient producer of electronic music. During the 30-day course, I finished three tracks, two of which I am scheduling to release in early 2020. The third has morphed into a collaboration, which is still being worked on, and which I'm really excited about. The course was challenging, and rewarded back the effect that was put into it. The course material was of a consistent and very high quality, which I would recommend to anyone familiar with Andrew's work.

I took Ten Hundred’s class and was impressed with the professional production quality and with the whole learning experience. I enjoyed watching the progress of, and interacting with my peer group. As I followed along, I learned enough to actually create my very first acrylic painting. What I liked best was that since it was a live course, I felt more compelled to keep up with the class and follow through with assignments. I finished the course and my painting in a timely manner. I highly recommend Learn Monthly’s platform. I like the group dynamic and the convenience of learning from wherever I happen to be. Ten Hundred was wonderful as well. So fun.
