Mouthword: By Word of Mouth 👄

Mouthword started with a simple frustration: there are so many talented people out there, but finding the right people who already work well together is surprisingly difficult. I kept seeing companies search for individual freelancers, while talented people were trying to figure out how to collaborate, find clients, and turn their skills into something bigger. So I started asking: What if companies could hire ready-to-work teams instead of assembling one from scratch? That became Mouthword. The idea evolved from connecting people with opportunities into building a place where existing teams, communities, and specialists can come together, showcase what they can do, and work with companies on real projects. Launching this has been a process of constantly questioning the idea, talking to people, rebuilding things, and figuring out what actually matters. Today, Mouthword is finally out there.
