As you may know, Tweetbot supports keyword mute filtering, allowing you to mute (read: make invisible in the timeline) any keyword, with support for regular expressions. You can manually add hashtags and keywords to the list of filters on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac, but friendly people around the globe has already made sets of filters you can easily use.
