Feeling stressed? Too little time for self-care? Suffer no longer. My Yoga Flow is the right tool to guide you through an easy session of yoga poses. You can hop right in or cherry pick your favorite poses. Even experienced yogis will find what they need.

Doing yoga myself, I always found it hard to come up with slight changes in the sessions and thus keep it interesting. I recently bought some cards, that helped me choosing from poses, but it still took a long time finding the right sequences.
I was just curious to what extend I could automate it and facilitate the whole process.

Hi, fellow yogi! My Yoga Flow seems like a fantastic tool for practicing yoga on-the-go. I'm curious to know if there are any modifications or variations offered for different skill levels? Also, it would be great to hear about any plans to incorporate specialized sessions like prenatal yoga or yoga for specific health conditions. Keep up the amazing work, and I can't wait to give My Yoga Flow a try! 🧘♀️

Hi, thanks so much for the feedback. Specific sections of yoga are definitely something that could have traction. However, I am currently still focused on getting the basics right.
Regarding the health condition: I planned on integrating an LLM text-interface to sort out all poses that might be particularly strenuous on some individual body parts. What do you think about this feature? Did you have something else in mind?
Setting skills levels is already possible (very roughly) in the Settings to select from beginner/intermediate/expert.

How long are the sessions and are there options for different levels of experience?
@sophia_abc
Hi Sophia
You can specify both in the Settings. The defaults are set to 5 minutes per session and beginner level.
I want to keep it customizable for everyone.
