I have been trading/investing in the Indian markets for over 8 years now. One of the issues that I almost always faced was the absense of information on when my portfolio companies were announcing dividend/financial result updates/stock splits and so on. I used to spend hours searching forums or twitter pages to check if my company has made an announcement recently due to recent jump or a fall in the share price. The tools out there for alerts were either not real-time or were outrageously priced. Hence, I decided to make one for myself. I recently thought of making this public when one of my friends was looking for something similar and was pretty satisfied with the service when they tested it out themselves. Hoping this provides value to PH community (especially Indians who are invested in the Indian stock market).
