Astra expanded our ambition from building an AI resume tool to creating **NTP CareerOrbit AI**, a career intelligence platform that helps people make informed decisions about their next career move. It enabled us to explore a broader workflow: analyzing a user's career history, identifying evidence-based upward, lateral, and cross-functional opportunities, and explaining why each path fits their experience. Rather than simply generating a better resume, we built a working demo around a more ambitious question: **“What could I realistically do next, and why?”** Astra helped us move from a narrow application feature toward a broader career decision-support experience. Our next step is to validate the recommendations with real users and improve their reliability before scaling.
