What do I like: * The package came totally frozen. The box was very insulated and had dry-ice. It seemed excessive, but I see the value in having the packaging as thick/cold as it was. * The breading is great. Gluten-free breading is often terrible, but this gets nice and crunchy. What could be better: * The "filling" or "meat" is pretty meh. It's more like a paste than a solid. Overall: My kids don't really like them (4 and 7 y/o). They'll eat them if presented, but don't ask for them nor do they ask for seconds (like they would with normal chicken nuggets). I think they're OK.

Breading is great, particular with how low fat it is. Meat/filling is not. Too mushy and soft. Just not very good. I had high expectations which were sadly dashed.

Basically they have a decent product that they are constantly improving... but tons of people are not receiving the products they ordered and it's very difficult to get a response from the company. Their main focus is on marketing and being trendy/relevant rather than customers service and It's just unfortunate to see on their Instagram, BBB, their feedback site (that is no longer linked on their website), and product hunt that this issue has been happening since around August of last year, continuing into the new year with no responses or reason why.

The outside is crispy and great! The inside tastes like paper-towels soaked with rainwater from the gutter. Mushy and flavorless ick.

I love the branding of this product and that it is a new great plant-based innovation. I hope NUGGS grows and eventually comes to Germany. I'll be rooting for you.
