GPT-6 Astra helped me build Nyra as a complete SaaS product rather than stopping at a Slack translation bot. Translating messages is the core feature, but making Nyra useful for real teams required much more: automatic channel translation, support for multiple AI providers, workspace configuration, usage analytics, subscription billing, and user and admin dashboards. Building with Astra made that broader scope achievable and helped me work across the frontend, backend, and deployment infrastructure. The biggest change was in where I set the finish line. A working translation feature was no longer enough; I could aim for a product that multilingual teams could actually adopt, manage, and use in their daily workflow. That pushed my focus toward the experience around the AI, including onboarding, privacy controls, and usage limits. Astra’s impact wasn’t just helping me write code faster. It gave me the confidence to take on the full product, not just its most interesting feature.
