Yikes. This needs work. The demo I tested at https://play.once.app/ck0dzs17e0... is mildly interesting but not something I would use yet. My critique: • The graphics do not fill the iPhone screen so it looks clunky and unfinished • I couldn’t navigate - I’m forced to sit through slides with a fixed timing • The interactive widgets were chopped off on iPhone 7 screen • I wasn’t given enough time to interact before the slides automatically advanced • The “give us a rating bar” is just a blank grey bar. I had no idea it was some kind of interactive slider until I started tapping/dragging on it, but then the slide advanced and I couldn’t submit my result. Surprised this has gone through beta testing already.

Once is the new way of communicating with your audience in a compelling and diversified way. Whether you are looking to be formal/informal; interactive/non-interactive; long/short; you can do it the way you want here. I have only seen the tip on the iceberg when it comes to Once's functionality and customisability but am already impressed. Loving the idea behind the product, but there a few things that could definitely use improvement. When sending the link in an email and opening the story-like screens, they were not filling the whole screen of the mobile phone device (or at least the browser space) and the question tabs were getting cut/cropped on their right side. And that happened also with one of the example designs you have. Anyway, there's immense potential in this product. It can become a great and interactive way of communicating with customers. Good luck with in the future! I'll definitely keep an eye on it.

@vanierrachel Cheers for the sweet comment 🤗 I'm glad to say we already have those features! Background color can be chosen at the bottom of each frame the editor! And one of our interactive elements is a free text box which can capture an email address, a name,... It's the "Give us Feedback!" element in the "Engage tab"
