A refreshing take on retail trading. Most platforms feel like they’re built for experienced day traders, not everyday users, so I love how Ooln prioritizes simplicity and emotional awareness over flashy charts.
Combining sports psychology with trading is a really unique angle, curious to learn more about how Ooln nudges users during volatile moments. Would be cool to see features that help users reflect on past trades emotionally, not just financially.
Excited to see where this goes!

@ashwinathappan Thank you! You've hit on something we're really passionate about those volatile moment nudges are where the sports psychology really shines.

For personal traders, this is a fantastic tool. In my experience, this biggest barrier for individuals when investing in the stock market is complexity. This is something that I have had to push through many times when trying to dip my toes in the stock market. Having a tool that would hide some of this complexity and allow people to take a step back when evaluating decisions is a truly exciting product.

@riley_krzywda Thank you! That complexity barrier is so real we've all been there, staring at screens full of numbers and feeling overwhelmed.

There are not enough financial products that truly cater to the needs of the retail investor - Ooln is a welcome (and needed) addition to the financial suite of trading tools to help protect against the behavioral biases that affect us all.

Cool product! I'm interested in hearing more about how the psychological perspective will affect the user experience. I have friends who view trading as similar to gambling and look for short term gains in the market--in reality, the money is in long term investments. I think Ooln can make an impact in changing the narrative on personal investing and encourage less impulsive, emotional tendencies.

@cubostar Thank you! You've hit on something crucial - that gambling mentality is exactly what we're trying to shift.

I think this is a really appealing idea, especially for beginners or anyone who feels overwhelmed by trading. Most trading apps on the market today are pretty complicated in my opinion, which makes it hard for users to truly understand what’s going on and stick with them. The concept of tackling emotional chaos is interesting, and the focus on emotional guidance and machine learning could fill a gap that many trading apps, and even other regular apps ignore. I believe the real value will majorly depend on how well the experience is personalized to each user.

@harshinik Thank you! You've nailed the key challenge - most apps are complicated AND impersonal, which is a recipe for confusion and abandonment.

I think it’s a great idea and it will set guardrails for those new to trading just like we have mentors to track and monitor the progress in sports
This is really cool! I've been wanting to get into trading, but it feels unapproachable to me due to a lack of beginner-friendly resources available. Having an app like this seems like a good place to learn more and understand exactly when making a specific trade would be helpful. I'm excited to see where this app goes!
