Hello! Yesterday I purchased a monthly Pro subscription for Oreate AI. Everything worked fine yesterday — I was able to generate images without any issues. However, today the image generation completely stopped working. I cleared the cache, re‑logged in, tried different browsers, but nothing helped.
I contacted support this morning, but I haven’t received any reply yet. Please check my account and activate my subscription properly — the payment was processed, but the service is not working. I can provide payment screenshots and error details if needed.
