I was a breathwork skeptic until @robert_bent1 led a guided session for Levels a few months ago. It was an absolutely perspective shifting experience. Try it.

Got the chance to try this product and it is really unique! Love the mix between guidance, music and breath work. Looking forward to see what this team has prepared for us but, till now, totally recommend and I am a big fan!
