I find that Othership helps me achieve my breathwork AND meditation goals. After the guidance of breathwork I'm so much more capable of going into a deep meditation than just using a meditation app. Highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Congrats to the Othership team on a really amazing app! Even 5-10 minutes of using the app helps me get into the flow state in the morning, which is increasingly harder to do in a remote work from home environment.

favorite breath work experience was when Robbie came in and did a 1 hour session with our team. absolutely blew everyones mind with how deliberate breathing patters can change your state of conciousness.

This is the most amazing breathwork and mindfulness app in the space! The sessions are so thoughtfully put together and the guides are informing but super calming to listen to. It will change your relationship with your mental health and your meditation practice. It's a gorgeous design, takes you on various journeys and has something for any state of mind that you find yourself in.
