Othership is the first breath work/meditation product that I use multiple times/day.
They combine awesome audio (think low-fi hip hop beats) + guided sessions. In just 10 min you can change your mental state which is makes this one of the most powerful tools we have.
Awesome app for every experience level. Excited to go a physical Othership location in the near future.
