I've been doing daily breathwork for the last 4 years, but the Othership app has given me so many more exercises to use beyond my standard practice. If you want to quickly optimize your mental/emotional state to meet life's demands head-on, I strongly recommend trying this out.
I like meditation, but breathing relieves anxiety in a whole new way for me. I've experienced one of Robert's sessions and now I can tap into the magic of breathwork on demand. This is so needed and I'm so glad it's finally here!
I did a guided breath work session with Robbie last year, and I've been doing regular breath work exercises since. The fact that this is now packaged in a product is game changing. Congrats on the launch!

I've struggled with addiction and mental health/anxiety for a large portion of my life. Over time I've been introduced to a countless number of products and tools. Being introduced to breathework via othership was game changing for me and is the #1 in my tool box. It's incredible to think how much impact 15 minutes can have on your overall health and well being.
