This app is so easy to use and get started with. Even though I wasn’t super familiar with breathwork it made getting started really easy and enjoyable.

@john_li3 Awesome! James Nestor's book breath is a fantastic resource on perils of mouth breathing -- if you're mouth breathing, you're not absording enough oxygen in your brain, muscle, tissues and can lead to fatigue, stress and overwhelm!

I found this product because I saw the construction of the physical space and that got me interested in what the story behind it was. Breathwork is a great health habit and Othership makes it much easier to start and maintain this stress busting routine!

Absolutely love this product! My resting heart rate noticeably decreases lower than a vipassana or transcendental meditation with one quick Othership session. Highly recommend!
@danielmdubois long slow exhales, engaging the PS nervous system, breath retention have some of the biggest impact on heart rate, HRV, sleep and VO2 max! All essential. Glad to see its working
