Othership is a wonderful app for guided breathwork--whether you're looking to boost your energy in the morning, or looking to calm down before bed.
I've been doing Othership breathwork sessions for a couple years now, so it's awesome they're making the experience widely accessible by releasing the app. It's excellent for individuals, or for founders to give to their teams to promote well-being, which is always important, and especially so in light of the pandemic the past couple years.
Othership makes breathwork/meditation/wellness easy to get started. Super straightforward and can make a big impact on someone's life. I hope to see millions and millions of people benefit from breathwork via Othership :)

Work and life has been incredibly busy, and with it all happening from home - the effects on my motivation is now noticeable as we enter our third winter of it. So (like basically everyone) - I've been trying to incorporate new routines to remain present and take the breaks necessary to avoid burning out.
Othership has been a solid addition to my daily routine. The app is beautiful and calming, and the various series of meditations and breathwork options are organized in an incredibly instinctive way.
I am quite new to the world of meditation and breathwork, so being able to open this app and find a session that will suit my mood, goals, or recommend something when I'm unsure makes diving into this practice so much easier.
I have been mostly using the app to wind down after a long workday (love the Cord Cutting meditation!), but look forward to continue exploring the MANY categories available.

Absolutely love this app. I discovered breathwork a few months ago, and Othership has helped me make it a daily practice. It literally gets me out of bed in the morning, as I head straight to my couch for an up-regulated session to start my day on right.
