I’ve been using this breathwork nearly daily for a year now. Great for slowing down for sleep and for increasing sharpness during the day. I was surprised to find that after taking a four month break from swimming, my lung capacity did not diminish like it typically does after time off. I’ve had Calm and Headspace but Othership is more enjoyable and rewarding.

Highly recommend everyone gives this a try! I don’t think there’s anyone who wouldn’t benefit from this app. It’s extremely user-friendly and the programs are all so well thought out. I personally use it for winding down at the end of the day and tapping back in with myself
