I've never been able to get into meditation...and then breathwork. Breathwork has (finally) helped me understand the power of mindfulness. Pre-covid, I had only experienced breathwork in a studio. Robbie & his team help bring an experience - that I thought could only be done in person - anywhere. If you're all about breathwork, or new to the idea, I highly recommend giving Othership a try <3

The content Othership provides are really great. If you've done Wim Hof Method and found yourself wanting to explore other techiniques, this app will be particularly interesting to you. A lot of the Up meditations include Tummo breathing. The Transformation series are also great, including long-form meditations with varied techniques and chill music.
There is a lot of great content, that said that can make the library itself a little overwhelming to navigate. I recommend some folks checkout the original library on their inwardbreathwork site as well.
Would love if y'all maintained the web interface as well. It's got a lot of good things to it.

The Othership app has been instrumental in helping me stay focused, reduce stress and re energize during major life changes (new job, living in a new country). Very powerful tool to have in your pocket for mood adjustments during the day.
I've been using Othership for almost two months now. I use it daily and some days more than once. It's been a god send after going through an intense year in 2021 and getting completely burnt out at work.
I've tried to create a meditation habit since I was 15 but it has never stuck. When I realised just how burnt out I was, I knew meditation would help but I didn't even want to try it again knowing I've always failed in the past. I'd also done neurodynamic breathwork sessions in the past but they were 90 minute sessions—both long and emotionally exhausting. But it was abundantly clear that my nervous system had changed to my detriment and I needed a solution. That's when I heard about Othership. I can't tell you how much I love this app. The breathing techniques, the music, the variety. No matter how stressed out or sad you feel, you only need 5 minutes of this to change how you feel. I particularly love the sessions with Amanda and Harry.
They also have a number of breathwork sessions that resemble the "metta" meditation technique. They are immensely powerful and often trigger a strong emotional response. It's like having mild psychedelics on demand. I hope more people get to use this app and benefit from it as much as I have.

As a father of two, a health care worker during a pandemic, this tool has not only enabled me to attain a sense of inner peace but a greater sense of inner self and wellbeing.
The direction and guidance is simplistic and very intuitive when engaging in the many activities it offers. Cannot find a better outlet. To the Othership Team, thank you.

First meditation product I've ever really given a shot. It's been more effective for me than when I tried Calm. Highly recommend even for the people that think meditation doesn't work for them.
