I've been using the daily `UP` for the last 2 weeks and have noticed some actual improvements in my mornings. I typically do some light rowing in the morning when I wake up, and since I've been doing the UP practices I've noticed that I'm significantly more clear going into my morning exercise. I'm finding myself thinking during my rowing sessions versus before I was trying to build energy, which is great since it makes the rowing fly by. :)

I was hesitant with guided breath work. I struggle with grounding myself. But once I got on the app, I was shocked with how powerful it is. Love the app and adding it to my routine!

There's nothing out there like Othership. There are loads of wellness apps that offer guided meditations and breathing exercises, but none of them come anywhere near the powerful sessions on this app.
These masterfully lead sessions can really shift your day (whether it be stress-relief, an energy-boost, or a deep dive into altered states) in as little as a few minutes.
And on top of that, the music they use is AWESOME. Every session is a unique transformational, emotionally charged experience.
The experience in the app is really well thought-out and is a really pleasant journey. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore the vast spectrum of breath work and to feel just a little more ALIVE every day!

Until I've tried Othership, I wouldn't have believed the power of my own breath.
The immediate sensation that you can feel after a short breathwork session helped me to completely restructure my morning routine.
As a complete beginner I was amazed by the accessibility and easy approach Othership has.
A short breathwork session helps me immediately with the afternoon slump & gets me going again. Winding down in the evening through breathwork works magic.
10/10 can recommend everybody to use the free trial period and experience the results for themselves.

From top to bottom this is the best Breath Work app on the market. I've tested about half a dozen of them and none come close. @robert_bent1 and his team know exactly what they're doing. I see a future in which this app is in the same class as Headspace and Calm but for Breath Work. Do yourself a favor and try it out.

Othership filled the gap for a breathwork product that is easy to use for all levels, comprehensive, and most importantly has the highest quality programming and content! It's an excellent tool in the toolkit to allow for better stress, sleep and life management. I am an active meditator also, but find Othership offers a more applicbale practice at any point - morning, bedtime, and throughout the day!
