I've personally experimented with Headspace, Calm, Insight Timer, Mesmerize, and countless videos on youtube. With that said, Othership is a very unique app in the space and quickly became my go-to app of choice for mid day and before sleep breath work.
It's also my new go-to app to recommend friends and family because of how instant and rewarding the experience of their breath work sessions are.

I have a lot of experience with meditation and dabbled in breath work before but this gave me the step by step practical guidance I didn't know I needed.

I absolutely LOVE this app! I find breathwork to be such a powerful tool for me and my mental health. I love how the app is broken down in different categories, Up, Down, and All Around etc. In my experience, breathwork is a lot more approachable than meditation and I find it a lot easier to get into a meditative state during a guided breathwork. Each guided session is beautifully put together with lovely music and soothing voices in abundance! I would recommend this app to everyone!
Breathwork is one of my favorite ways to de-stress, this app is fantastic and has really helped me strengthen my practice. Would recommend anyone to try it out

For me, mediation was always a challenge, just turning off my mind was something I wouldn't be able to do when I meditated. Almost like it worked some of the time. With Othership breath-work, its an active form of meditation, where I get into that relaxation mindset 100% of the time. The app also has some of the best guided and minimally guided sessions out there, both long and short - whatever you prefer.

Using this tool has been an accountability partner for me in my breath and meditation journey. What I've found is that using breathwork improves the flow, presence, and inner peace I experience through meditation, and has ripples throughout the rest of my day

Watching the Othership team bring this to life has been an amazing journey. The last two years has seen a lot of ups and downs for people, and certainly one of my anchors to wellness is with breath. @robert_bent1 and the team have done an exceptional job with the app. Highly recommend!
