Quick backstory: I've spent way too many hours inside Go High Level, Customer.io, Reply.io, Instantly.ai, etc.
Every time I wanted to spin up an outreach campaign, it was the same grind. Configure inboxes. Set up sequences. Manage deliverability. Wire up webhooks. Repeat for the next campaign. Multiply that by every client or use case and it becomes a full-time job just managing the tools, not actually doing outreach.
What really broke me was when I started building AI agents. I wanted my agent to handle cold outbound autonomously: find the right prospects, write the emails, handle replies.
But none of these platforms gave me a clean API to work with. They're all built for humans clicking through dashboards, not for code (or agents) to drive programmatically.
So I thought: what if there was an API-first email infrastructure layer that just handled all of it? Inboxes, sending, deliverability, reply tracking, multi-step sequences, webhooks, the entire outbound engine, accessible through a simple API. You bring your own agent or app logic, and OutreachAgent handles the email plumbing underneath.
OutreachAgent is the email control plane for AI agents. It gives your agent a real inbox API and turns it into a full reply-aware outbound engine, with drip campaigns, IP warming, volume pacing, and deterministic webhooks baked in.
There's a TypeScript SDK, a Python SDK, and an MCP server so your agent can drive the whole thing.
