Honestly this started the same way most of my projects do, building scrapers for myself and internal use with no intention of packaging it up properly. At some point I figured the infrastructure was solid enough to put out publicly and ParseBird came out of that. The idea is simple: most people building AI pipelines and automation workflows hit the same wall at some point, getting reliable structured data into the system. That is the part I want ParseBird to own. I have been on Apify for a while and it is genuinely one of those platforms that just gets out of your way and lets you build. So it made sense to build on top of it rather than reinvent the wheel on infrastructure. Early days but the plan is to keep shipping actors across different sources and make ParseBird the go-to data layer for anyone building in the AI and automation space.
