+1 on current dashboards being archaic and a dump of random metrics that add work instead of value. I absolutely love the direction of this product and am super impressed with the impact that team has already had. Especially as brands start integrating with LLMs and all shopping goes prompt based. Super cool. How do you handle false citations or hallucinated mentions by AI engines though? Congrats on the launch! :)

@zerotox That's a great question, Kumar! We get a small amount of hallucinated mentions and citation by OpenAI, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini. We are still working on improving this piece where our algorithm auto-detects the false mentions and citations and redirects to the correct ones.
