Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Sanket, founder of PredictFlow. This started with a problem I kept seeing everywhere: watching a client's store run out of its bestseller three Decembers in a row. The forecasting was always the same, a rough average, a gut feeling, and a lot of hope. When it was wrong, it was expensive in both directions: stockouts on the winners, cash frozen in dead stock on the losers. Every "real" forecasting tool I found was built for Shopify first, and half of them were priced for warehouses, not growing stores. WooCommerce merchants especially got left out. So we built PredictFlow to do the boring-but-hard thing well: take your actual sales history, run real models on it (Prophet + XGBoost, with confidence intervals not averages), and tell you plainly what to reorder, how much, and when. It works with Shopify, WooCommerce, and CSV. The hardest part wasn't the ML, it was making the output trustworthy and simple enough to act on at 11pm before a reorder deadline. What’s the hardest part of inventory planning for your e-commerce store?
