@gabinaureche That's exactly how I felt! In two of the companies I've worked before, OKRs were completely in a separate page from everything else. We would have a meeting to explain every objective but afterwards, no one would ever look back at them! So after 2 weeks, they provided no additional value and hours were lost in not priority projects.
