One suggestion: the WhatsApp feature could be enhanced by automatically sending order notifications directly to the owner upon checkout completion, rather than requiring manual client action.
That said, the current implementation works well.

Congrats on the launch, Abdulaziz. This looks like a very clean approach to simplifying ecommerce for small businesses. I like the idea of having payments, analytics, and WhatsApp invoicing built-in instead of relying on many plugins.
One feature that could be very powerful in the future is deeper WhatsApp commerce automation-things like automated order updates, abandoned cart reminders, and customer support through WhatsApp.
Also, adding a public API or webhook system could help developers build integrations and expand the ecosystem around Qivioo.
Great work building this as a solo developer. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves.

You actually touched on things I'm already working on. The next version will have WhatsApp automation built in order status updates, abandoned cart reminders, and once an order is marked as delivered, it'll automatically send a review reminder to the customer. That one's been on my list for a while.
On the analytics side, I've already integrated Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel in v3.2 both track user actions and events across the store, including cart abandons.
I also added Mailchimp integration the moment a customer completes checkout, their name, email, and phone are automatically synced to Mailchimp for marketing. Super seamless.
And for reviews I built it so only verified buyers can leave a review. No spam, no extra security plugins needed, just works out of the box.
The API/webhook idea is great, definitely something I want to explore as the platform grows. Thanks again for the kind words means a lot as a solo dev! 🙏

You can now connect your WhatsApp (personal or business) to your Qivioo dashboard and let it handle all your order communication automatically, completely free.
Once connected, here's what happens on its own:
You get instant WhatsApp notifications the moment a new order comes in. Your customer gets their full order details straight to their WhatsApp too no extra setup needed on their end.
If someone fills their cart and disappears, Qivioo sends them a gentle nudge on WhatsApp within 30 minutes, reminding them to complete their purchase.
