‘Pings at the right moment’ sounds magical but vague. If I say, ‘Remind me about the project next week,’ does it ask follow-ups to clarify which day/time, or assume silently? Ambiguity here could backfire.

It actually do ask follow-up questions when no clarifications at all (which day for example) and it's also able to assume sometimes by the context; ex: if you ask "Remind me to have launch with my friend next Monday" it will assume that since you are having launch a good time to remind you might be 12:30hs.
Anyway, to avoid ambiguity, RecordAi always tells you at what time the reminder will be triggered and you can reply the message to reschedule to a different/specific time
