Redrob solves a very real problem we face in our workflow—keeping things structured without overcomplicating the process. The interface is user-friendly, and the features feel purposeful rather than bloated. It’s clear that the product is built with actual users in mind. We especially like how responsive and fast the system feels during daily usage. It’s a practical product that delivers what it promises without unnecessary distractions. With a few more feature enhancements over time, this can easily become an essential tool.

What needs improvement

The learning curve is minimal, and the experience feels smooth overall. While there’s scope for more integrations in the future, it already provides good value in its current form.

This is the worst product i have seen, They offer cheaper price in the market but wont allow you to download data as per commitment. Its so annoying to download just 25 profiles and that too page by page. I don't recommend this product to get leads. I fell for this looking at the price. Also it does not give phone numbers of all teh profiles.

What's great

Redrob helps our team find the right people a lot faster and the data is stunningly accurate. It’s much easier than switching between several tools and the verified emails really improve our outreach. Would love a bit more customization in the workflows but overall a solid choice for B2B sales, definitely efficient and worth it. I don't know about others but I feel it's worth every penny because my team is using since 7 months. The A.I. integrated into it is good enough to get direct to the point of what we want.

What needs improvement

Giving users more control with advanced custom automation workflows. This would allow power users like me to better tailor the sales outreach process to our specific strategies and save even more time.
