I've been using refrens for over a year now, and I honestly thinks this is the faster way to send quotes to clients; I work as a designer and I have to send quotes really fast, and with Refrens I have a pretty well made quote template to customize, and it gets the job done very fast. Another key thing for me, is that at the beginning it didn't had the option to edit all the text to translate it to my language, so I had to download the quote, then edit it, then send it. But the platform has improved a lot and now it's so much easier. It's really cool when a company releases new features and improves their existing product. Totally Recommended for time optimization

I have been using this platform for my invoicing needs for more than a year and this made my invoicing job easy. Mine is a small CA firm and I had a consulting company as well and I need to invoice my clients from 2 different entities, and this became difficult with excel to keep track of invoices raised from each entity. I just gave a try using refrens when I seen its simple design and allowing creation of multiple entities under same login for invoicing. I should say that this platform will be of very good use for small freelancers or service providers to keep track of their invoices and receivables.
