I built Runbook after seeing the same failure happen before a coding agent wrote any code: a vague request silently bundled implementation with money, identity, production, or destructive decisions. Runbook makes those assumptions visible with a transparent rules engine rather than a black-box AI score. The exported Markdown is meant to be reviewed and edited, not treated as a guarantee. The Brief Doctor and skill-file audit are free and browser-only. I would especially value feedback on risks it misses and whether the generated brief is useful in a real Codex task.
