@cjen Thanks for the kind words! We built this after hearing from so many recruiters who had tried every major platform, but were inundated with poor matches. Our goal is to help hiring team surface their top applicants in a much more transparent way.

@cjen That's fantastic to hear! We realized this was needed because traditional ATS often prioritized keywords over true fit, which led to a lot of irrelevant applications and talented people getting missed.
We saw a clear need for a more intuitive system that allowed hiring managers to define their own specific criteria for a role, cutting through the keyword clutter to find genuine fit. That insight drove us to create this tool!

Custom ranking parameters are the right approach. The moment you let the hiring team define what actually matters for the role instead of relying on generic keyword filters, the quality of the shortlist changes completely. Scaling that beyond 50 resumes is where it gets really interesting.
