Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Mehul, and I built Ruply because I was genuinely frustrated. I tried every expense tracking app I could find. They all had the same problem — they were designed for someone in the US or Europe, not for how I actually spend money in India. No UPI flow. No EMI tracking. No understanding that ₹500 at a kirana store is different from ₹500 on Zomato. No festival budgeting. Nothing. So I spent 20 days building Ruply from scratch — SwiftUI, SwiftData, iCloud sync, Claude AI. Fully native, no third-party SDKs, no trackers. The feature I'm most proud of: paste any bank SMS and Ruply reads it instantly. No manual entry. That one thing has saved me more time than anything else. How accurate is the AI receipt scanner with handwritten or faded receipts compared to clean digital ones? Looks like a solid expense tracker, congrats!
