We’re building AI teammates that take handle entire business functions, working alongside humans.
Each teammate runs a function end-to-end: support, sales, interviews — across voice, chat, email, and more.
50+ languages including 20+ Arabic dialects. Guardrails built-in.
Every Teammate natively integrates with 30+ tools and Zapier.
Now live on Product Hunt: Sara (Interviews).
Coming soon: Raya (Support), Rashed (Sales), and more.

Just tried the live demo… WOW. As someone who’s been deep in the hiring trenches for the past 6 months (we had over 1,800 applicants for one role), this hit home hard.
If we’d had something like this earlier, I can’t even imagine how much time and energy we would’ve saved, not to mention how many great candidates we probably missed just because we couldn’t keep up.
What I love most is that it doesn’t just scale the process, it makes it better. Fairer, faster, and structured. Small teams especially need this kind of leverage. Super impressed with what you’ve built here.
It’s not just about saving time either; it’s about giving every candidate a fair shot while giving hiring teams back their sanity. Massive congrats to the team on the launch. This is the kind of tool that levels the playing field and brings real transformation to hiring.
🔥 Upvoted and cheering you on!

Sharing my experience :
Designing for AI interviews is nothing like building chat UIs.
We didn’t want bubbles, bots, or typing dots. We wanted to create something that feels like a structured, focused, and fair interview — not a fake conversation.
Every UI decision was about reducing anxiety for the candidate, while preserving context and flow for the recruiter. Dynamic question timing, feedback handoffs, scoring transparency — all surfaced in a way that’s clean but trustable.
It’s not just UI around AI — it’s UI that knows its role in the process.

@zohaib_kibria what did you find that recruiters struggle with the most? As in — where they had to change their thinking or approach to work with AI, versus against it, or where their experience w/ conventional ATS systems might cause them to behave in ways that no longer make sense?
Teammates.ai
@chrismessina Conventional ATS habits now work against recruiters.
Those who are used to ATS systems, often over-rely on keyword matching to filter resumes, assuming candidates who don’t surface high in rankings are not a fit.
AI systems now go beyond traditional keyword-based screening, using algorithms to match candidates based on a holistic view of their experience and potential fit.
The recruiters will thrive when they embrace AI as an enhancement to their strategic capabilities rather than a threat to their traditional skill set.
Hiring talents who speaks different language by giving them flexibility to give an interview in their own language is great 👍.
Congrats on launch 🙌.

👋 Hey Product Hunt! I'm Emad, Co-founder of Teammates.ai
Everyone says “autonomous,” but most AI products still rely on 'assistants' or human-in-the-loop patchwork.
Sara is built differently - with an advanced multi-agent architecture that handles interview intake, dynamic question paths, scoring logic, proctoring, and escalation.
Each one of our AI Teammates is many agents under-the-hood. Each agent has scoped API access, full audit logs, and domain-specific models where needed.
This isn’t chat wrapped in code. It’s infrastructure for delegation.
Always happy to dive deeper with other builders here.

Wow that's a really creative and practical idea! I look forward to trying it out and hope that it can spread the convenience and influence to more people, employers and employees. The user market looks promising. Congrats on the launch!
I originally posted from the perspective of using Sara to interview candidates and it absolutely delivers on that front. But after spending more time with it, I realized it's also incredibly valuable for the person being interviewed.
I tested Sara as a candidate myself for a product manager role (which happens to be my real job), and I legitimately started feeling nervous, just like in an actual interview. That moment made it click: this isn’t just a simulation. It’s real enough to trigger the same pressure, pacing, and thought process you'd feel in a live setting.
For anyone preparing for an interview, I can’t recommend this enough. There’s only so much you can rehearse on your own, but practicing with Sara gives you structure, feedback, and the reps you need to walk into your next interview more prepared and more confident.
Seriously, hats off again to the teammates.ai team. This isn’t just a tool for recruiters. It’s a win for candidates too.
