I first met the schematic team because they are building exactly what I’d always dreamed of for B2B pricing.
Too many teams think pricing can easily fit into perfect SKUs. More often than not you need overrides, credits, and custom levers for individual customers.
Schematic provides that and more. Congrats to the team for the launch!!
Hi ProductHunt! I’m the CTO and cofounder of Schematic. I helped found Schematic because managing pricing, packaging, and entitlements had been a huge headache at every company I’d worked at, and I wanted to put an end to that.
I’d spent years applying the DevOps principles of fast feedback loops and continual experimentation to tech orgs, and I felt that there was an opportunity to apply these principles to the go-to-market stack for tech startups. Schematic uses a familiar feature flag interface to make it easy for developers to delegate all of the complexity related to plans, entitlements, billing integrations, and usage to Schematic. This unlocks rapid iteration and maximal flexibility for their go-to-market peers.
Our goal is to provide developers with tools that are high-performance, flexible, and intuitive. Schematic makes developers’ lives easier and their users’ experiences more world-class, all the while increasing the capabilities of what their business can do with its pricing and packaging.
In the AI era, we’re seeing more and more innovation in pricing with models like usage-based and outcome-based pricing, meaning it’s increasingly valuable to abstract away the complexity of implementing these pricing models. We’re excited to help the next wave of startups take off!

I led the team that integrated Schematic into Makeswift. It's been super easy to use, and the team has been super responsive!
@streetpricing16 Thanks Marcos! The number of companies who put off pricing changes because of these brittle processes is astounding!

Several of our portfolio companies have found that working with Schematic has meaningfully impacted their ability to experiment with new pricing and packaging approaches. This should enable them to better upsell, cross-sell, and understand pricing and packaging's impact on net revenue retention and other metrics that matter. Without Schematic, the engineering and product resources required made this practically impossible, and at best episodic. Worth checking out Schematic.
@marksugarman Thanks Mark! That's a great description of what we're delivering!

Allowing GTM and product teams to adjust pricing and packaging on the fly without bothering engineering is an incredible unlock. Awesome work @Schematic
@pqoneil Thanks. The ability to change pricing without waiting 2 engineering sprints (and having to take up valuable engineering time) is such a huge unlock!

At Aptly, Schematic didn’t just save us time—it helped us think differently about how we should price our product. Instead of getting boxed into rigid plan tiers or cobbling together limits manually, we were able to implement smart, usage-based pricing well ahead of schedule, honestly before we would have even thought about it—and without burdening our engineers.
It’s more than a feature flag or subscription tool—it’s a framework that lets early-stage (and established) companies align pricing with actual value delivered. That flexibility gave us the confidence to experiment, iterate, and serve both self-serve users and complex enterprise clients without overengineering. Massive unlock. 🚀

@joshuawootonn Thanks for the kind words!
If you like our website, I'd suggest checking out Makeswift -- they power everything at schematichq.com!
In SaaS, too many pricing models are trapped underneath tech debt and brittle processes.
Fynn - you guys are solving a real pain by removing this roadblock - hats off!
